Cancelation Policy

Camps + Clinics:
Cancel up to 7 days prior to start of clinic: 50% refund of the total amount paid for registration (minus the processing fee)
OR 90% credit voucher valid for up to 1 year from date of issue.

Cancel 6 days or less from start of clinic: 50% credit voucher valid for up to 1 year from date of issue.
Vouchers are valid ONLY with GPS camps, clinics or GPS Hockey School (NO collaboration clinics, drop-ins or lessons)

To receive a 100% refund, a player may refer another friend/family member/teammate to register and effectively take their spot. This can be confirmed via email introduction to the player taking his/her place on the roster, followed by a completed registration by that given player.

If the camp/clinic has a waitlist, as long as a player registers to take the forfeited spot, a full refund will be issued.

Private or Small Group lessons:
Clients are liable for full cost of cancelled lesson, including ice time.
To receive refund, client must find player(s) to replace player(s) missing lesson.
Reserved ice costs are non-refundable.
There will be a 3% processing fee when paying for lessons with a credit card.

Drop-in Skills Sessions:
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS - Drop-in skills sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
